The customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address. The mobile phone number or the email address are essential for a delivery.

Deliveries are made by Correos (Spain), DHL / UPS (Europe and International). Tracking numbers will be provided to the customers.

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and the place of delivery. We ship packages between 24 and 72 hours.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase undamaged and unused within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier).

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of an unused item.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; any goods that arrive damaged, chipped or broken cannot be refunded.

We do our best to package our handmade ceramics very safely but sometimes accidents happen.

Please take a photo of the damage as soon as you open your package and to report it to us as soon as possible by contacting us quickly.

If you have a specific request, or if you want to complete pieces of a craftsman that you already have, do not hesitate to send us your request by email casacecu@gmail.com

We work on small quantities. Some products on sale are unique pieces. They will therefore not be restocked.

However, some products may be restocked. Do not hesitate to contact our us if you are interested in a sold out product. We will do our best to make you happy.

Each year we're closed for a period of time in summer and Christmas.

This means that orders received during that time won't be dispatched until we return from our break.
